We were disappointed to find that our room was not properly cleaned for two out of the three days of our stay. It took 1.5 hours for our bags to be brought up to the room, and the packages we purchased did not include the extras as explained. However, the view, the atmosphere, and the location of the hotel were exceptional.

the cleanliness of the hotel was fantastic, and some of the staff members went above and beyond to make our stay even more great. kids loved the waterpark and the swimming pools. many breakfast choices a plus ! ! beach access and water safe for kids. safe and clean property including water park. staff very accommodating and friendly.

The rooms were clean, spacious, and equipped with all the amenities. The location offered a beautiful view of the sea and a cool breeze on the balcony. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety. The pool, beach, and aquapark were fantastic for both young and old.
Felt like royalty, nothing to complain about.

Our stay at Atlantis was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we checked in, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast and dinner at Kaleidoscope were delicious, and we were blown away by the stunning Lost Chambers aquarium. The water park was a hit with the kids, and the hotel's location was perfect. We highly recommend the Imperial room package for a personal touch and exceptional service. The airport service was a great bonus, and the separate check-in and services made us feel like VIPs. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our entire stay. We also had the opportunity to take a helicopter tour, which was a highlight of our trip. The swimming pools and beach were well-maintained, and we felt safe with the presence of lifeguards. The Nobu restaurant was a standout, and the newly opened Wavehouse was a fantastic addition to the hotel. The arcades and movie night on the beach were also highlights for both kids and adults. we highly recommend Atlantis and can't wait to return.
The long queues and lack of staff in the buffet restaurants. It was difficult for the waiters to attend to all the tables and keep them clean.

the grounds are kept super clean, and the ocean view from the room is beautiful. the hotel is close to the canopies. the reception staff are super polite and professional.
Would definitely recommend.
